December 1–19 2025 (Cereal Only): $145 per night
December 20–31 2025 (Cereal Only): $210 per night (minimum 5 nights)
January – March 2026 (Cereal Only): $145 per night
April 2026: $190 per night
May 2026: $230 per night
June 1–6 2026: $275 per night
June 7–July 11 2026: $410 per night
July 12 – September 30 2026: $275 per night (minimum 3 nights during weekends)
October 2026: $210 per night
November 2026 (Cereal Only): $165 per night
December 1–18 2026 (Cereal Only): $165 per night
December 19–31 2026 (Cereal Only): $210 per night (minimum 5 nights)
The rates are per night for two people. The rates include Wi-Fi and complimentary full breakfasts between 8:00-9:00 AM, April to October. The rates do not include 18.5% taxes.
We have minimum two or three nights stay requirement depending on the month. One night reservation is rare and is considered case by case. $20 surcharge for single night stay. Please inquire.
Single occupancy is $5 off the daily rate November to March. $10 off the daily rate the rest of the year
Third person (regardless of age), $20 per night.
Double occupancy and with two beds, $10 per night.
